Publisher Development Manager

Waardex is an international company providing digital advertising solutions. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of new and existing affiliates in order to meet CPA goals of advertisers.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and growing your own network of new clients and partners

- Hold negotiations with existing partners and clients

- Research the market to identify and recruit new partners and clients

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate revenues

- Analyze and report on campaign performance

- Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns

- Identify new and innovative opportunities for growth

- Be ready to work in a challenging environment and learn fast

- Have a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Background:

- Good English skills. You will communicate with potential and existing partners all over the world

- 1+ years of affiliate marketing experience

- Experience in CPA marketing

- Good understanding of affiliate trends

- Deep understanding of CPA media metrics, campaign tracking, and optimization

- Good negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
