- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience of cooperation directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Internet search experience including job boards, job posting and networking
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include off-line and on-line recruitment, must have an extensive knowledge of internet sourcing tools and methods, including highly-developed proficiency with Boolean search logic, internet mining
- Ability to build effective relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solving while maintaining flexibility
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, candidates and the public
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Interest and knowledge of future recruiting trends and innovative technology
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher

- Develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates for critical and difficult-to-fill external searches with a focus on enterprise software / technical engineering positions
- Conduct new candidate prospecting, including Internet database search & mining
- Network with candidates '/ prospect leads for new viable candidate prospects and referrals
- Work with Hiring Managers on each phase and make communicational updates
- Find new external candidates to support the talent pipelines for targeted skills and functional areas
- Provide candidate assessments that drive effective decisions at the interview
- Write up candidate summaries (including current compensation, salary expectation, motivation for seeking new opportunities, timing constraints, ability to relocate, etc.)
- Track all interviews, profile information, and interview results in the company's internal database
- Work with Hiring Managers and make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates
- Present job offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates
