Сategory manager

We are looking for a highly professional and efficient specialist who is ready to solve interesting and challenging tasks set by the company's management. The company guarantees an interesting job in a stably developing large company.

The purpose of the position: development of product categories (groups) in the Ukrainian and export markets.

Key Accountabilities:

· Forming category development strategy;

· Development of assortment and pricing policy for product category;

· Assortment Management;

· Development and launch of new products - full cycle from product specification preparation to final product production;

· Analysis of competitors and market performance;

· Analysis of sales and development of the product category;

· Work with an existing product to optimize cost, improve profit margins, change technical and quality parameters, change prices;

· Continuous interaction with production, procurement services, financial services within the framework of their functional responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

· University degree;

· At least 3 years' experience in a relevant position in FMCG sector (preferably - a manufacturer - company that has its own trademark, not a distribution company);

· Good command of English language.

· Very good knowledge of MS Office;

· Highly self organized & structured personality

· Ability to work in multitasking and within short timings

· Result orientation

· Systematic approach to solving set tasks
