All you need is:
- Fluent German and English (C1+);
- Experience in VIP Customer Support (1+ years);
- Analytical & Research Skills;
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
Will be a great plus:
- Interest in automotive industry;
- Experience with native speakers;
- International exchange programs participation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide support for premium customers via calls and emails;
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
- Resolve basic to complex issues for customers of a high-end brand;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow.
