Horizon Capital is looking for a proactive professional with excellent English, superior organizational and communication skills to join our Administrative Team as a Receptionist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Handle and screen all incoming phone calls, mail, documents and forward them appropriately.
- Manage drivers' schedule including on call duty schedule during weekends.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
- Arrange taxi for employees and office guests. Prepare monthly taxi reports.
- Manage office translation orders.
THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Native Ukrainian, fluent English
- Solid MS Office skills
- Optimistic, hard-working, able to multi-tasking and service-oriented attitude
- Be proactive and take initiative, operate effectively in a challenging environment
