Weblium is a SaaS site-builder powered by TemplateMonster, a world leader in creating site templates (19 years in the market).

We launched in 2019 and immediately became a Product of the Day and a Product of the Week on ProductHunt.

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our team of 24/7 support and contribute to the top-class service for current and prospective users. You will be the first point of contact for anyone who enters the platform and seeks assistance in creating a website.

Responsibilities:

  • Support users on their way to creating a website — via chat and email.

  • Offer help proactively and upsell services.

  • Provide technical assistance with connecting domains, setting up an online store, etc., and troubleshoot any issues that may occur along the way.

  • Report bugs to the development team and take ownership of their resolution.

  • Write Help Center articles. 

Requirements:

  • English — advanced/fluent. You should be able to communicate in English in real-time without delays.

  • Good Russian and Ukrainian (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication skills: the ability to listen, understand and clarify users’ needs plus work with dissatisfied customers.

  • Ability to make split-second decisions independently based on company policies and guidelines.

  • Multi-tasking: you may be handling multiple chats simultaneously and will need to process each of them with equal dedication.

What we offer:

  • Shifts (7am-4pm, 12am-9pm and 2pm-11pm) 5 days per week.
  • Remote work.
