Financial manager, Chief accountant

Requirements:

• knowledge and experience of all areas of accounting, accounting and tax standards
• experience as a chief accountant MUST of 2 years (trading company, foreign trade, IT industry)
• English — Intermediate+

Responsibilities:

• building and managing a sales department, building business processes, setting and controlling operational tasks, motivation;
• assessment of managers' performance, preparation of proposals to improve the quality of work;
• development and implementation of plans to achieve financial targets;strategic and operational planning of B2B sales;
• client base development and client prospecting (B2B);
• analysing the market of competitors and customer needs;
• improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: increasing the number of leads, reducing CPL;
• control over achievement of key indicators: sales volume, ROI, ROS, brand development index
