QA automation engineer (embedded)

For further development of our Engineering Center we are looking for young and experienced candidates to fill the position of QA automation engineer.

Roles and responsibilities:

Analyze requirements

Create Test plans.

Develop automation test scripts for embedded electronics

Ensure automated tests execution, document and communicate results.

Ensure compliance with testing and development methodology and policies.

Candidate requirements:

2+ years of professional experience in embedded field and/or automation testing.

Excellent communication skills

Automation testing method awareness

SW background (knowledge of ANSI C or other programming languages).

Intermediate+ (B1+) level of English.

Readiness for occasional business trips abroad.

Nice to have:

HW background (knowledge of electronic components, schematic reading/designing).

Experience at Automotive field, better at automation test for embedded automotive electronics

Knowledge of Vector Informatik tools

Experience with the DOORS database system.

Knowledge of Automotive SPICE standards

Awareness of ISO - 29119,

ISTQB certification

Knowledge of vehicle-typical bus systems such as Flexray, CAN and LIN

Tool knowledge GIT or SVN and Jira
