The opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join EY’s Recruitment and Employer Brand team in our Kyiv office. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in a multinational company and communicate with all the EY local and worldwide offices, to have access to the accumulated knowledge, skills, experience, and approaches and share it with the clients and colleagues.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for different positions (from graduate to experienced)
• Identify and design successful recruitment strategies for attracting talents
• Develop, implement and drive employer branding activities
• Source candidates from different channels (cooperation with universities, job sites, social media, direct search, referral program, etc.)

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, HR, Linguistics or other related field
• Good command of spoken and written English, Ukrainian, Russian
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Experience with the Professional Services industry would be an advantage
• Result-driven, quick learner, good team-player
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Strategic and out-of-the box thinking
• Advanced PC user
