IT Project Manager

We are looking for talented and experienced Project Manager with excellent people management skills, able to influence in a complex environment and with a proven track record of leading and managing projects. This role is the main point of contact for clients and will take full ownership of multiple projects from initial stages to the end. 

You will plan, ensure correct implementation and track the progress, knowing specified deliverables must be achieved. This individual must be highly motivated and will have good knowledge of full-cycle game development. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to develop and apply their skills further within a Project management position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget;
• Select suitable methodologies based on project needs; SCRUM, KANBAN;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
• Motivate the team, distribute and control the execution of tasks, manage conflicts and work with objections;
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
• Measure project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
• Report and escalate to management as needed;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; daily/weekly reporting of progress;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in IT project management;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill;
• Proficient English (C1, C2).
