IT Service Manager

ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for IT Service Manager in all our locations or remotely.

ABOUT PROJECT

Client – a company providing ground handling and cargo handling services at the airport. The IT Service Manager HRIS is a global role responsible for the management of the lifecycle of HRIS IT applications and all solutions that support HR: T&A, Recruitment, Training, etc. This comprises monitoring the usage and performance of IT HRIS applications, handling continuous service improvement, and facilitating necessary changes, especially when related business processes change.

REQUIREMENTS

• Computing concepts, hardware, and terminology
• Operation system administration
• Cloud and virtualization
• Database administration
• ActiveDirectory or other LDAP
• Well versed in Microsoft and/or OpenSource technologies
• Microsoft products including Office 365
• Microsoft PowerShell, bash
• Network fault finding and diagnostics

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage HRIS applications and any other supporting services
• Ensure applications are up and running in alignment with business requirements
• Communicate with business operations and business application managers when there are issues and escalations
• Implement IT service lifecycle management processes
• Support colleagues in the usage of the application including application training activities
• Implement IT general controls for HRIS applications and any other supporting services
• Manage changes and integration of applications
• Monitor the availability and performance of the applications portfolio
• Ensure that a full support model is in place – identifying gaps and addressing where needed
• Implement technical configuration of application group
• Keep documentation and inventory up to date
• Manage relationship with developers and vendors
• Test and approve test results
• Manage and control pro-actively licenses for operational needs
• Reporting all aspects of quality for the assigned applications: performance according to underlying SLAs, user satisfaction, usage of the applications, incidents, problems, service request & changes related to the IT service(s)
