Technical Writer

Moneyveo is a Ukrainian product FinTech company. We created the first online instant loan service in Ukraine. Thanks to our own technological development and customer focus, we have been holding the leadership in the branch of non-bank online loans for 7 years (according to Ukrainian E-Commerce Expert). In 2020 we launched a service in Vietnam and continue to expand our geography of presence. Nowadays more than 1,000,000 users trust us. 

Our team of technical writers is working on documentation for the variety of products created in the fintech company. These are environments and systems for loan issuing, management and repayments in different countries, APIs, and also library of all components available in the system.

Responsibilities: 

• Creating and supporting user documentation for software application (User Documentation, Manuals, User Guides, etc).
• Documentation translations.
• Collect, understand and document information that will be communicated to our clients or internally. Help people find the documents or information they are looking for.
• Design and format documents in a way that corresponds to the requirements set by our company. Maintain existing documentation by updating both the content and the look.

Requirements:

• Perfect information decomposition skills and ability to structure information.
• Understanding of main documentation creation principles and design standards.
• Basic understanding of main technologies purpose (HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS etc.).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High literacy, proofreading and editing skills.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

 It might be an advantage if you have:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer.
• Experience of working with Help Authoring Tools (HAT) Experience in documenting APIs.
• Experience in single-source technical documentation support (with common part and regional specifics).
• Knowledge of one of tracking systems: Jira, Mantis, Redmine or other.
• Experience in software development. Experience of mockup making, UML and/or BPMN diagrams creation
• Experience in making presentations.
