Night Shift Supervisor (Front Desk)

A five-star hotel Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv is currently looking for Night Shift Supervisor (Front Desk) to join our team!

Night Shift Supervisor (Front Desk) responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you.

Main responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety;
• Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests;
• Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate;
• Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times;
• Handle guests' concerns;
• Offer referral for services and handle requests for information;
• Handle and store luggage;
• Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours;
• Assist other departments as required.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Fluent English;
• Decision making skills;
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Good knowledge of Opera PMS.
