Position purpose:
- Drive HR priorities and Plant people agenda in Vyshgorod plant. Support business targets by driving the right culture, mindsets, values and behaviors. Initiate organization changes, enabling effective team working, driving the right goal alignment processes and performance management.
- Provide HR expertise to the Plant Leadership Team. Partner with Leadership Team to deliver against functional HR goals and business goals. Lead the Organizational Pillar and build capability within the plant to accelerate the organizational transformations in line with FoF.
Main Responsibilities:
- Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries (via various intake channels such as phone and chat), self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation
- Works as part of the PE team and is accountable for having deep functional and domain knowledge, enabling the advisor to provide high-touch support for key moments that matter throughout the employee life cycle
- Accountable for completing relevant research to support employee query resolution
- Escalates business specific queries to the country People Experience Team Lead and functional queries to the relevant functional teams
- Responsible for executing data changes or system transactions where self-service isn't viable in accordance with SOP
- Responsible for document management and archiving of employee documents into the personal file
Responsible for delivery of the following services at the plant:
- ongoing onboarding
- local learning delivery (including Leading Org and E&T pillars as a part of IL6S plant journey)
- local query resolution
- managing 3rd party workforce
- time & attendance (input control for payroll)
- Responsible for collaborating with MSC HRBL to understand and implement Labor Relations strategy for the plant: communication, update of CLA, communication with Union representatives, managing strategy
- Supports MSC HR BL and people managers with Labor Relations issues and cases
- Proactively works with my Reward team on continuous improvement of Reward&Recognition systems for the plant
- Works with Plant Director and MSC EE HRBL on plant org structure and staffing in line with budget and Factory of the Future concept, people cost planning and control
- Coordination of ongoing HR initiatives and HR projects at the plant
- Reporting on plant HR KPIs (absenteeism, overtimes, HC, vacation balance, etc.)
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the plant; work as part of the PE team, providing business intimacy and supporting with delivery of local HR services
- Possesses a strong working knowledge of enabling technologies, systems (e.g. Workday) and processes in order to ensure high quality service delivery
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of local labor law and understanding local market requirements and legal regulations to appropriately apply to related policies and initiatives
- Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures
- Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services
- PROFILE
University's degree in Business, Human Resources or related area
3+ years of HR Generalist (including HR Administration) experience in Manufacturing (if no manufacturing experience - strong motivation to work in production environment)
Professional experience in WC&BC recruitment, HR paper work, Ukrainian Labor legislation, employee relations
Basic knowledge in C&B, employee communication, performance management, organization design, people development
Drive for result, pro-active and hands -on approach
Human touch approach
Ability to listen to people and influence them
English proficient
PC skills: proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel. Good knowledge of 1C.
