IT Support Manager

You will be useful for our team if:

• You have experience in IT support from 6 months
• You have good English written and oral communication skills (at least Intermediate level)
• You are really customer-oriented
• You are stress resistance
• Genuinely interested in people and business
• Have working experience with Jira and Bitrix24
• You have excellent multi-tasking and communication skills

What you will do:

• Provide information and technical support to the company's partners
• Analyzing problems that arise and finding a solution
• Communicate with clients via Skype
• Work with existing clients and build long-term cooperation
• Interaction with other departments
• Work with CRM
• Present the company's products to potential clients
