Market Development Specialist One Ethicon (Medical Devices)

Medical Devices division as a part of Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is looking for a strong candidate for Market development specialist One Ethicon Ukraine role based in Kiev.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Executes market development plan;Analyzes local market trends, competition, and customer needs using available data and personal/team knowledge;Executes clinical education programs designed to teach procedural awareness, procedural skills and the safe and efficacious use of products;Delivers clinical training to meet market needs;Executes referring physician and patient education programs which include lectures and symposia, health fairs, and distribution of patient education materials;Conducts marketing presentations and follow up activities to build market level awareness and adoption;Meets with key physician practices and hospital marketing and administrative personnel to present marketing programs and procedure expansion solutions;Provides training and support to targeted top tier customers regarding emerging procedure adoption and safe and efficacious use of products;Establishes key partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, referring physicians, hospital administration, societies, and program administrators;Understands and demonstrates proper application of all company products;Handles complex customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training methodology. Mentors less experienced specialists;Cooperation with distributors including educational programs and product trainings for distributors sales force.

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

Higher degree and at least 1-3 years of experience in sales / experience in Medical Devices as an advantage (or is preferable);Ability to built and maintain excellent relationships with clients;Excellent communication and presentation skills;Ability to work in hard pressure environment;Good working English and Ukrainian language (both verbal and written);Willingness to travel;Driving license;Strategic thinking, analytical skills, result-oriented, energetic, driven;Proficiency in MS Office
