Technical Support Specialist

IT international company (Software and Hardware) is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our branch in Kiev.

Requirements: Desirable work experience in technical support / maintenance department. In-depth experience with Office and Windows. Good English  (upper intermediate and above). Good computer knowledge.  Ability to work in a team and independently. Learning ability . Driver license will be a plus.

Responsibilities: Remote technical support and customer support, problem detecting and solving. Activity reports on daily basis.
