Systems and Processes Support Coordinator

 Key Responsibilities:

Provision of Business Consultancy & Functional Support for processes and systems

• Provide consultancy & functional assistance to support resolution of issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT Suppliers 
• Manage Request/Complains from markets/factories & perform corrective actions

Analysis and monitoring of processes and system performance

• Monitor process & systems performance (e.g. Process & Data Compliance for Coding & Tracking Solution)
• Identify operational performing issues & initiate corrective actions
• Support the visualization of process & system performance

Operating & Owning of Business Services

• Operate & monitor dedicated Services (e.g. Configuration of   Manufacturing Systems, Management of Coding & Tracking Label Process) 
• Being the business owner of dedicated systems
• Provide training to users for dedicated systems in scope

Manage & Support dedicated projects/programmes 

• Manage upgrades or deployment of standard solutions
• Manage dedicated process & systems projects with smaller scale
• Support systems development and improvement projects (e.g. system upgrade projects, releases)
• Support Training & Test Workstreams in Projects/Programmes
• Support Transition from Project to Run mode (e.g. Hypercare Support)
• Support process related projects with expertise knowledge

In addition you as a future team member might assist the Service Level and Performance Management by cooperating with our internal Global IT partner. This includes implementing & enhancing Support Model & Support Processes for business driven solutions.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in either information technology, business, economics or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years of experience within tobacco/ FMCG industry would be advantageous
• Experience in Technical IT Support or Business Support
• IS background with sound knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, e.g. QAD would be advantageous;
• Know-how in Track & Trace solutions (Coding & Tracking) would be advantageous
• Project management experience within multinational manufacturing companies
• Experience in applying project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, etc.) would be advantageous;
• Fluent English, native Ukrainian and Russian; other languages are an advantage
• Advanced MS Office user;
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive with excellent analytical capabilities;
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in an international team environment (awareness of intercultural relationships).
