IT Project Manager

So, we are currently looking for a creative, talented and client-oriented IT Project Manager to join our professional and ambitious team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the workflow of current projects;
• Responsible for estimation creation;
• Develop a comprehensive project plan for solution implementations (project planning, scheduling, resource planning/coordination, risk management, communication planning, etc.);
• Sales team support.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ year of proven experience as Project Manager;
• Experience in web/mobile application development management;
• Strong understanding of SDLC;
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and Frameworks;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, with good communication and reporting skills;
• Requirements management, backlog tracking, and story task description definition experience;
• Knowledge of project and team performance metrics;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Experience in working with Jira and Confluence, other tracking systems;
• Experience in Customer relations and expectations management;
• Change management, Budget management, and Estimation techniques.

Nice to have:

• Higher, Computer Science or Application Development education;
• Technical background (QA/Developer/BA preferable);
• Experience in pre-sales activities such as requirements elicitation, estimation;
• Understanding of PMI stages/approaches.

Work conditions:

• Working hours: 9.00 - 18.00; 5 days a week. Remotely.
