Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Work with Salesforce cloud solutions: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Analytics Cloud
• Business Process Setup and Salesforce Platform Administration
• Operations with data and data migration from other systems
• Collection and analysis of requirements
• Participation in communications with the client and internal meetings with the team
• Reporting

Must have

• At least a year of Salesforce administration experience
• Experience with data migration and ETL tools
• Experience with App Exchange packages (Conga Composer, Docusign, FormStack, etc.)
• Understanding of all phases of application development on Salesforce: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Spoken English

Would be a plus

• Salesforce admin certification (ADM201 or ADM211)
• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Pardot
• Knowledge of Apex and Visual Force/Lightning/LWC, and REST API/SOAP API
