Administrative Assistant and HSE Coordinator

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Excellent team working skills.
• Ability to organize and plan own work.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication with a wide range of contacts.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstration of the ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Experience in workplace safety management.
• Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SAP.
• English - Fluent

Responsibilities:

Administrative:

• Welcome visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable by making coffee/tea
• Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Order, monitor, stock and restock office cafeteria supplies and stationary
• Provide administrative support for breeding department and management including e-mail and telephone communication, mail distribution, and preparing and proof-reading correspondence, maintaining filing systems.
• Review, code and process invoices, payment requests, in collaboration with the Accounting departments.
• Do admin report statistics. Prepare and submit routine and adhoc reports as requested.

ESH Coordinator:

• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Perform safety inspections and assist in providing safety trainings.
• Guaranty proper performance of daily operations in accordance with company safety policies.
• Maintaining the station in accordance to the ESH norms.
