Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Recruiting Specialist, Human Resources team in Lviv.

Main responsibilities:

• Source and select candidates for tech & non-tech positions
• Establish a strong cooperation with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner with the highest quality;
• Create pool of candidates to ensure the execution of recruitment strategy;
• Coordinate the cooperation with the recruitment agencies;
• Conduct Trainings for Employees and people managers on the recruitment-related matters;
• Participate in Employer Branding events and initiatives;

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• Experience of 1+ years in Recruitment;
• Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools;
• Superb communication skills; a compelling, clear communicator able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;
• High tolerance to stress and ability to work under pressure, personal time management;
• Learning agility and analytical skills;
• Energy and enthusiasm;
• Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate).
