Head of Accounting

We are currently looking for a Head of accounting in Kyiv office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the correct accounting for the group of companies;
• ensuring timely closing of ledgers, preparation of the necessary information for the formation of the financial statements of the company on a monthly basis;
• control of the timely submission of all reporting forms in various jurisdictions, and consolidate books;
• monitoring and reporting on amendments changes in accounting policies in order to timely respond to changes in legislation, design and continuous improvement and implementation of accounting policies;
• transform accounting reporting in accordance with the IFRS;
• optimize of the accounting process;
• participate in projects aimed at optimizing business processes in the company.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Higher education degree in Economics/Finance/ Accounting/ Audit;
• 3+ years of working experience in accountancy as a Chief Accountant or Head of accounting in an international company;
• experience in passing Big4 audit;
• knowledge of EXCEL, 1C 8.2, 1C 8.3;
• good knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Double Tax treaties regulations;
• good knowledge of IFRS;
• proven leadership, networking, persuasion and management skills;
• fluency in written and conversational English at the level of Upper-Intermediate;
• experience in the IT field will be a plus.
