Customer support agent

IT health company seeking an English speaking  Customer support to join its team!

We are now recruiting an additional  Customer support to join our team based in Kyiv. We are seeking candidates who are strong team players, have great communication skills and thrive in a target driven environment. Must be good at problem solving with a dynamic approach to sales.

Main responsibilities will include :

• Work with hot leads (usually, we've already just sold them something), make outbound calls to them, targeting for up-sales and add-ons
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email or live chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
• Set and track sales targets for the sales team, aligned with company objectives
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when communicating with the customer in order to ensure high-quality service
• Prior experience with a consultative approach to selling
• Keep records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent English - is a must!
• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience (phone calls)
• Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/objections over the phone
• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills, verbally and written
• Self-Motivated and Friendly
• Organized and detail oriented
• Able to make decisions independently
• Accepts direction well
• Strong work ethic

Working hours: 15:00-00:00 ;

1000 USD+% (~$1500-1800 per month)

Lunch, coffee and snacks are included
