You are:  

• An experienced professional in analytics 

• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel 

• A great communicator and a team player 

• A professional with customer-first mindset 

• Confident in English and Spanish on at least Upper-Intermediate level    

With you we will:  

• Create electronic auction based on information received from eAuctions Business Partner (BP) after discussion with Buyer; conduct review call with Buyer and BP to check and confirm all the details; publish event.  

• Conduct the training call for the selected suppliers to provide general overview of eAuction process along with participation in the test event. 

• Manage eAuction events including active communication with Global and Local Strategic Buyers. 

• Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices.  

• To monitor the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's);   

• To participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement; 

• To participate in the issues resolution that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with the Internal Business Process  and the support units of NBS Lviv;
