Potent Organics is a fast-growing US-based registered in Florida. The company was founded in 2013, and now in 2019 it successfully manages a portfolio of 30+ high-quality supplements and superfoods on Amazon.com and potentorganics.com.

Potent Organics is an international 100% remote company with a friendly productive environment.

We are looking for HR manager, who will help us develop our team and grow fast and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment, selection & training process;

• Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures;

• Nurture a positive working environment & corporate culture;

• Develop and coach employees;

• Implement and revise a company's compensation program.

• KPI's Development

• Grading employee's performance every 3 months.

• Management

• Managing documenting work processes and creating SOP's

Requirements: 

• Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive with a 3+ year proven record;

• Knowledge of Labor law, HR systems and databases;

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;

• People oriented and results driven;

• Leadership skills;

• Proficiency in English.
