You will be responsible for:

• Organization current training programs and activities for department;
• Providing HR assistance to department manager;
• Implementation and coordination of HR/LEAN processes in accordance with department development plans;
• Other Human Resources related duties as assigned
• Translation.

Requirements:

1. English- Upper-intermediate level;
2. Experience in organizing different kind of events;
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
4. Good communication skills and positive personality;
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills;
6. Service oriented person;
7. Knowledge about LEAN tools is a big plus.
