Open Packaging Network (OPN) is looking for a qualified Lead Generation Manager to join our Team. You will be responsible to search new customers and overseeing lead generation for own B2B Innovative global platform.
Open Packaging Network is 2-Sided P2P online marketplace connects packaging materials buyers and sellers direct, aiming to eliminate intermediaries, remove enormous friction, build liquidity and scale fast.
B2B represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market and customer base, and the OPN team is reinventing the way Sellers reach Business Customers.This emerging business is in the early stages of development, so you will join a Team as we embark on an exciting multi-billion dollar opportunity.
What you will do:
- Develop sales opportunities via cold call and/or email
- Listen to the client's needs and act on them in real time
- Develop new clients through market research
- Update the CRM with new prospect information and qualifying questions
- Make 40+ outbound dials per day
- Obtain prospects information such as company name, contact name, email address, and other information
- Strategically source new prospects using LinkedIn, provided prospects lists, etc
- Communicate product descriptions, which requires getting accurate information from the prospective customer and interpreting it in a cold call or email
- Making outgoing "cold" to "hot" calls to develop new business
- Follow up with the sales manager, providing a list of new contacts or to give salespeople a little heads-up about a specific customer request
- Generate quality leads
- Maintain sales quotas as determined by management
What we look for in you
- Proficiency in email and MS office skills, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Hubspot CRM systems / sales automation software helpful.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of or experience in prospecting data services (e.g., Zoom), and email outreach tools (e.g. Hubspot or sendplus, Snov.io)
- Self educates; Learns, adapts and advances skill set as technology changes.
- Establish deepened industry understanding for the areas of focus, conversant in current topics, industry activities and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to juggle multiple initiatives while maintaining a focus on sales activity required to attain opportunity identification.
- Able to communicate openly and offer suggestions for program improvement.
- Must work effectively individually, or within a team environment.
- Able to accept constructive coaching as needed.
- Maintains visibility on B2B social sites such as LinkedIn and participates in company blogging opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
- Construction, heavy hauling, highway or manufacturing industry sales experience.
- Familiarity with Skype, GoToMeeting or other online meeting systems.
- Experience in content development and management, marketing or blog support.
- Social networking skills.
- Managing sales effort and networking in a trade show environment.
