Enestech Software is looking for an active person who will become part of our friendly technical support Team.

About us:

ENESTECH company is a soft and hardware IT-developer for eSports business. Сore product is a cloud-based solution SENET - a tool to manage a huge set of PC's and fully control the activity of eSport center.

As a support engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Test planning and test design. Drawing up checklists, test cases. Maintaining test documentation up to date.
  • Execution of system testing (front-end, back-end of a web application), regression testing and other types of testing.
  • Writing bug reports based on testing results. Control over the fixing of found bugs.
  • Making suggestions for improving the current system
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
  • Debug problems in the software development lifecycle to improve the testing process


  • Good computer knowledge
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Russian - fluent (all studding on Russian)
  • English - В2
  • Desire to learn, ask, and develop

As a plus:

  • Experience in the technical support
