Support manager (evening, night shift)
Enestech Software is looking for an active person who will become part of our friendly technical support Team.
ENESTECH company is a soft and hardware IT-developer for eSports business. Сore product is a cloud-based solution SENET - a tool to manage a huge set of PC's and fully control the activity of eSport center.
As a support engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Test planning and test design. Drawing up checklists, test cases. Maintaining test documentation up to date.
- Execution of system testing (front-end, back-end of a web application), regression testing and other types of testing.
- Writing bug reports based on testing results. Control over the fixing of found bugs.
- Making suggestions for improving the current system
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Debug problems in the software development lifecycle to improve the testing process
- Good computer knowledge
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Russian - fluent (all studding on Russian)
- English - В2
- Desire to learn, ask, and develop
As a plus:
- Experience in the technical support
- Working hours: night (11 pm-7 am) shifts, evening (3 pm -11 pm) 2workdays/2days off
