An international company, a leader in Travel Retail segment is looking for CRM specialist.

Your day-to-day essential duties

  • responding to customer inquiries;
  • collaborating closely with departments to provide excellent customer service;
  • updating information on website;
  • implementing CRM programs to improve customer journey;
  • providing sales analytics;
  • managing customers' orders via CRM software.

 

What you bring to the Team:

  • bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year of successful experience in marketing or sales;
  • ability to work independently as well as with a team;
  • highly energetic with a desire to surpass goals set;
  • attentive to details;
  • high computer skills;
  • experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required;
  • have the ability to conduct outreach primarily via phone, but also demonstrate proficiency in internet research;
  • knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and APEX CMS.
