An international company, a leader in Travel Retail segment is looking for CRM specialist.
Your day-to-day essential duties
- responding to customer inquiries;
- collaborating closely with departments to provide excellent customer service;
- updating information on website;
- implementing CRM programs to improve customer journey;
- providing sales analytics;
- managing customers' orders via CRM software.
What you bring to the Team:
- bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year of successful experience in marketing or sales;
- ability to work independently as well as with a team;
- highly energetic with a desire to surpass goals set;
- attentive to details;
- high computer skills;
- experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required;
- have the ability to conduct outreach primarily via phone, but also demonstrate proficiency in internet research;
- knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and APEX CMS.
