Legal Advisor

ContactUkraine is a Ukrainian company which provides legal assistance and advice services to foreign investors in corporate, real-estate, banking and investment matters in Ukraine. 

Currently, we are looking for a legal advisor to join our growing team in Kyiv office. In this position, you will answer client enquiries related to company law, real-estate law, immigration law, banking law and tax law of Ukraine. 

This is a full-time and long-term position with an excellent opportunity to grow for the right individual. 

We are looking for motivated and proactive new team member to support our business in Ukraine.

Legal background and knowledge of English is a must.

Required Skills:

• Higher degree in law;
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written English communication skills;
• Quick learner with excellent comprehension skills;
• Pleasant personality and client-oriented approach is a must;
• Experience in Corporate, Immigration and Banking law is a plus;
• Can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing necessary documents and application for registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs, introducing amendments to relevant registers;
• Drafting legal documents (powers of attorney, company charter, minutes of shareholders, agreements, etc);
• Legal research and drafting legal consultations for the clients;
• Work with banks, notaries, government authorities, other partners;
• Handle client emails and phone calls to answer their questions about our services and regulations in Ukraine;
• Understand client needs and explain suitable services;
• Create a positive experience for clients with a professional approach to answering their inquiries;
• Writing articles and blogposts in English for our website
