We are hiring a Payment Systems Operations to work at our Kiev office. You will be trained to identify, create and manage new products and partnerships, coordinate tasks with the Business Development team, and stay up to date with regulations and emerging technologies. For this position we are looking for an intelligent, detail-oriented person who has a strong interest in different cultures and enjoys connecting with people around the world.

What you'll do:

• Analyze settlement data across different payments channels
• Optimize costs and rates off current payment partners
• Ensure timely and compliant payments processing - keeping an eye on the payments engine and taking care of payments which need manual intervention
• Work with the customer support team to ensure resolution of payment-related problems
• Act as a point of contact between Paymentwall and its different payment partners
• Assist with payments reconciliation and work closely with the accounting team
• Solve complicated situations and investigating problematic transactions
• Learn the technical side of payments processing and work with the product and development teams to identify actionable areas for improvement

• Analytical: You dig deep and do your research to fully understand payment data for reconciliation

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Accounting or related studies
• At least 1 year experience in payments operations interacting with other payments companies and providers regarding payments operations related matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English and another foreign language is preferred
