Head of Sourcing

Project Overview:

The Head of Sourcing will be accountable for all sourcing efforts, strategic and operational for Intellias.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a best-in-class Tech Sourcing team in different locations and play an integral role in delivering top tech talents;
• Create, lead and evolve a sourcing strategy;
• Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency;
• Partner with talent delivery leaders to understand Intellias's recruitment strategy and hiring goals;
• Innovate hiring methodologies by identifying unique sources to find top talent.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience;
• Experience in team leadership;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Effective communication skills;
• Experience in building sourcing strategy;
• Understanding of market dynamics;
• At least upper intermediate English.
