You will work with an international FinTech project of the B2C segment in this position. The audience of the project is wide, including countries of South-East Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa, which requires localization and understanding of the regional features.
Requirements:
- Work experience in similar position from 2 years;
- Experience in sales call-center in the FinTech sector;
- Excellent customer service, time management, and project organization skills;
- Effective problem solving and decision making skills;
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous quality improvement;
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Maintain a helpful and positive approach to all client and colleague interactions;
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business;
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams;
- Be ready for business trips (1-2 months);
- Fluent English written and oral is a must.

- Build and coordination of a group of sales managers and guide the team members to meet their individual sales targets;
- Group motivation for KPI fulfillment and overfulfilment;
- Work closely with the product team to make sure customers are extremely happy with the product;
- Manage relevant accounts and actively maintain CRM;
- Proven track record of closing leads, exceeding sales quota goals and managing sales pipeline;
- Reporting on the effectiveness of the group.
