You will work with an international FinTech project of the B2C segment in this position. The audience of the project is wide, including countries of South-East Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa, which requires localization and understanding of the regional features.

 

Requirements:

  • Work experience in similar position from 2 years;
  • Experience in sales call-center in the FinTech sector;
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and project organization skills;
  • Effective problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous quality improvement;
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Maintain a helpful and positive approach to all client and colleague interactions;
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business;
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams;
  • Be ready for business trips (1-2 months);
  • Fluent English written and oral is a must.

  • High willingness to explore new subject areas and succeed.
  • Build and coordination of a group of sales managers and guide the team members to meet their individual sales targets;
  • Group motivation for KPI fulfillment and overfulfilment;
  • Work closely with the product team to make sure customers are extremely happy with the product;
  • Manage relevant accounts and actively maintain CRM;
  • Proven track record of closing leads, exceeding sales quota goals and managing sales pipeline;
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of the group.
