Now we are looking for talented Production Manager to join our Kiev team! We expect that your previous experience will help to guide us to the most ambitious goals and ground breaking performance.

What you'll do:

• Manage the project and be responsible for its final performance 
• Track and prioritize tasks to meet the progress against deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quick and flawless execution 
• Identify financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Provide visibility to the main stakeholders of the project status and follow up on next steps
• Help with app implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
• Establish and facilitate project win-win perspectives and KPI accomplishments
• Contribute to hiring process objectives for product global development 

If you are:

• Interested in start-ups, technology and fast-paced environment
• Independent and organized person who could be lead by example
• Experienced in project schedule management and work breakdown structures
• Self-motivated and willing to manage complex tasks effectively 
• Demonstrate perfect written and spoken communication skills
• Have in-depth understanding of great quality design or design experience in the past

MBA in Project Management or related courses will be a major plus.

Previous experience in mobile app/marketing company will be a major advantage.
