Innovecs is looking for a talented researcher to join the smart recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with Recruitment team for hiring talents according to required skills;
- To search and identify relevant candidates;
- Sourcing candidates from different channels (direct research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals, social media etc.)
- Reviewing of profiles and CVs to pre-screen candidates;
- Maintenance of internal database;
- Job market analyses and reviews.
Requirements:
- General understanding of IT technologies;
- Understanding of searching techniques, channels and methods;
- High communication skills;
- Positive and result-oriented attitude;
- Experience in a similar position for 6 months (will be a plus);
- At least Intermediate English level.
