IT Researcher

Innovecs is looking for a talented researcher to join the smart recruitment team. 

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with Recruitment team for hiring talents according to required skills;
• To search and identify relevant candidates;
• Sourcing candidates from different channels (direct research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals, social media etc.)
• Reviewing of profiles and CVs to pre-screen candidates;
• Maintenance of internal database;
• Job market analyses and reviews.

Requirements:

• General understanding of IT technologies;
• Understanding of searching techniques, channels and methods;
• High communication skills;
• Positive and result-oriented attitude;
• Experience in a similar position for 6 months (will be a plus);
• At least Intermediate English level.
