Our client, a world leader in food production, announces the vacant position:

HR Administration Specialist with knowledge of German and English

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel information within the company
  • Maintain all HR related administration procedures in the company
  • Work with primary documents for salary calculation, vacations, sick lists, overtimes, alimony etc.
  • Prepare of documents for salary payments, submission of salary registers to banks.
  • Input all the needed information into data base (SAP)
  • Communicate with employees; answer on enquiries form employees and departments.

 

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Advanced knowlege of Excel will be a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain tasks on his own SAP knowledge would be a plus
