HR Administration Specialist with knowledge of Swedish

Our client - world famous international company is announcing an opening for HR Administration Specialist with knowledge of Swedish and English

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel information within the company;
  • Maintain all HR related administration procedures in the company;
  • Work with primary documents for salary calculation, vacations, sick lists, overtimes, alimony etc;
  • Prepare of documents for salary payments, submission of salary registers to banks;
  • Input all the needed information into data base (SAP);
  • Communicate with employees; answer on enquiries form employees and departments.

 

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • Upper-intermediate level of English and Swedish;
  • Knowlege of Excel will be a plus.
