Job description

About the Project: 

Development of the whole gaming platform for Asian and European markets from scratch. Current platform is oriented for European and Asian market (400+ games and millions of users, 4k servers and 200k + simultaneous online sessions). The goal of the project is to make simple, ultra-scalable service, applicable for Asian market size and new markets in Western Europe and America. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain new product functionality 
• Communication with customers and stakeholders 
• Pro-active participation in process improvement and process automation 
• Participate in releases and deployment to various environments 
• Maintain well-documented notes for post RCA  
• Sustain the process of knowledge sharing with the related teams 
• Identify potential problems and risks 
• Participate in DevOps related projects 

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years' of experience in DevOps or a similar role 
• Good understanding of networking, web protocols, services, applications and their performance requirements (Websocket, HTTP protocol, SSL, DNS, TCP / IP etc.) 
• Be familiar with standard software development and quality processes, methodologies and tools 
• Experience with infrastructure automation / configuration management using tools such as Ansible 
• Experience with web server such as Nginx 
• Experience with log processing (Kibana / Grafana) 
• Programming skills in Python / Bash scripting languages, automation 
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis 
• Experience with issue tracking systems 
• Intermediate English at least 
• Team player
