An international company Aviacontact is looking for the driven people to work in the air travel industry. This is a unique opportunity to explore this sphere having no experience or special skills.

The main requirement to the candidates - German or French on the level upper-intermediate and higher.

Being our employee, you:

  • gain practical skills in programs: Podio, Slack, Pure Cloud
  • learn about airline rules and procedures

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Helping customers to handle issues with the service by answering phone calls, e-mails and chatting
  • Communicating with airlines representatives
  • Reporting
