Position: Helpdesk, Junior system administrator.

Requirements:

• Technical background

• User support experience

• Windows, Linux, Mac OS system administration

• Active Directory, G Suite

• Hardware and software updates

• Networking knowledge

• Strong communication skills

• Professional, accurate and responsible attitude to work

• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Daily support in the office

• Maintenance of workstations and office equipment (Windows, macOS)

• Reinstall software, replace broken parts, repair and accounting of equipment

• Work with Service Desk Systems

• Assists development teams.
