REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Ability for systematic work.
  • Organized, accurate with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work using specified patterns and scenarios.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (higher English level is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize effectively analysis results.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to maintain a conversation with customers.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and result-orientated.
  • Responsible person, fast learner.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term business.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience and business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales team and other teams within the company to identify and grow opportunities for sales and to resolve client claims.
  • Report on the status of accounts and sales.
