RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term business.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience and business growth.
- Collaborate with sales team and other teams within the company to identify and grow opportunities for sales and to resolve client claims.
- Report on the status of accounts and sales.
