Local Branch Manager (Logistics)

Our Client, an international logistics company with presence in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Finland, due to launching activities in Ukraine, is looking for a Local Branch Manager (Kyiv).

Duties and responsibilities:

The main responsibilities are to start and build up company activities in Ukraine, which includes (but not limited):

• To start ACE Logistics activities (road, air, sea forwarding) in Ukraine,
• To arrange sales activities on local market,
• To develop base of customers,
• To organize operational jobs (forwarding),
• To organize and keep contacts with terminals, truckers,
• To keep close relations with other ACE Logistics companies and partners in Europe and worldwide,
• To be responsible for company overal financial targets.

Key requirements:

• At least 3 years on managerial position (logistics, sales, business development manager) in leading logistics companies operating on the Ukrainian market
• At least 7 year of professional experience in total
• At least upper-intermediate English
• Master degree in economics
• Advanced PC user, experience with specialized software is strongly desired
• Extraordinary interpersonal skills
