Job description

• Analyze, plan and manage capacity on performance environment
• Analyze product's performance bottleneck, investigate complex configuration and performance issues
• Support virtual servers based on ESXi, Amazon, configure Application Performance Monitoring solution, monitoring servers and MySQL databases
• Support containerized with Docker load generation environment
• Create smooth continuous integration process for development components
• Write the technical performance test plans
• Design, develop and execute automated data driven performance test scripts
• Analyze defects and / or test results and be able to deduct the chain of events leading to a failure
• Analyze the data gathered from performance tests
• Create reports that describe detected defects and possible causes
• Debug, troubleshoot, and work with team members to find and fix issues
• Setup configuration management process and tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years Linux / Unix [Ubuntu, Centos / RHEL] administration and configuration
• Experience with virtualization technologies: vmware, AWS
• Experience in one of scripting languages
  and cli tools (Python, bash, awk, sed)
• Experience with web and application services: Apache, Tomcat, nginx
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools: Puppet, ansible
• Understanding of continuous integration process and tools: Jenkins, Bamboo
• Understanding monitoring principles and experience with: zabbix, graphite, Nagios, NewRelic
• Knowledge of version control systems and frontend application servers: git, mercurial, gitlab, phabricator
• Basic knowledge in databases: MySQL, oracle
• An understanding of protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP / IP, WebSokets, XHR, Protobuf and DNS
• Experience with performance testing approach and solution would be
• Demonstrate innovative ability by trying alternate solutions to resolve issues
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done.
• Service oriented mentality and keen attention to details.
• Proven verbal and written communications skills in English
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related area
