The world is changing rapidly and healthcare is changing as well. Patients are becoming more and more educated about the diagnosis, treatments, therapy and require changes in the environment, system, tools and technologies to be aligned. The healthcare is changing to another type of collaboration between doctor and patient, it is rather a service provider.

We believe that technologies will empower healthcare and building with brand new Hospital Information System (HIS) to provide a unique and reliable experience for medical staff and patients to have access to patients' data whenever it's needed.

HIS is a modular application which consists of more than 15 modules which are communicating with each other. Project is to develop Module of big medical application, which is handling all medical processes in hospitals (store, manipulate, assign appropriate treatment to patients, assign resources such as wards, nurses, doctors and document the whole process of surgery. We are SCRUM mad, using all the ceremonies and artifacts of the SCRUM framework.

YOU ARE 

• A candidate with 3+ years of Project Management experience with Development or QC background
• Able to leading a team of 5+ engineers
• Understanding deeply SDLC processes: being able to set up new or to optimize the current process
• A good time-manager and skills priotizer
• The one with strong communication and analytical skills
• Experienced with building risk management plans and risk response strategies
• Familiar with Project Management Tools
• A person who has Upper-Intermediate+ English level

• Building effective collaboration with the customer representatives (PMs, POs, Architects)

• People management and other PM routines
