Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Italian
  • Active skills using MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good in e-mail correspondence and phone etiquette
  • Stress-resistance, and ability to handle large amount of requests
  • Strong problem solving and research skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in team
  • Ability to stay cool-headed in tough situations
  • Personal skills: motivated, quick learner, organized and responsible

 

Responsibilities:

  • Incident recording, classification, initial diagnosis
  • Resolution or escalation of requests to responsible parties (SalesWorks System)
  • Monitoring the status and progress toward resolution of all open incidents
  • Creating an authorization keys
  • Keeping affected users informed about the progress
  • Participation in project work (collecting information on projects, preparing documentation, writing instructions, template responses, etc.).

 

As a Plus: 

  • Working knowledge of software development process
  • Knowledge of the systems used for requests monitoring
  • Knowledge of FMCG market
  • Previous experience in customer support
