General Description

The Digital Ad Manager is responsible for promoting products using Amazon Advertising platforms, Google and Facebook Ads. This person is responsible for leading digital ad direction from an internal thought leadership perspective as well as strategy and performance communication to our clients. We are looking for the right fit within the OmniiX culture and someone that will bring a high level of professionalism. Our Digital Ads Manager needs to have the ability to independently drive performance in addition to collaborating successfully within an internal team environment and external client environment.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

Thought leadership

  • Initiative and ownership of OmniiX ad management strategy and direction
  • Understand and customize strategy based on specific client needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, news and participation at industry events
  • Showcase thought leadership and expertise through regularly published articles to the community

 

Client Communication

  • Share value added insights with clients on a regular cadence during casual update calls and/or more formal presentations
  • Professional communication skills are very important to the success of this position
  • Bring fresh ideas and recommendations to clients on regular basis
  • Deep understanding of the clients advertising business to a level that instills the highest levels of trust in the client

 

Ads execution, insights and analytics

  • Budget management
  • Creating, monitoring and updating campaigns to profitably drive sales
  • Amazon: Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brand Ads, Product Display Ads
  • Other: Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising
  • Drive performance through management of bids and keyword optimization
  • Utilize software tools to manage ads, performance tracking and reporting
  • Discern actionable and meaningful insights from data
  • Ability to tell the story behind the data (not only report the data) and provide recommendations
  • Keyword discovery, tracking and analysis
  • Cross-campaign keyword isolation

 

Project management

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage timelines and deadlines
  • Manage resource utilization

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Impressions, Page Views
  • Clicks, CPC, CTR
  • ROAS, ACOS
  • Spend vs Budget
  • Conversion
