Event Manager

AgileEngine is looking for an enthusiastic Event manager to help our HR team increase people engagement by holding regular events and promoting the internal brand in close collaboration with the branding team.

You will work with

• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and activities in collaboration with HR and Employer Branding teams

• Full-cycle internal events process management (including planning, budgeting, working with vendors, events promotion, and feedback)

• Online/offline events organization for 50-400 people in all our locations (Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Buenos Aires) with support of local HR teams

• Educational programs for contractors event management

• Management of the company’s social responsibility work and charity activities

• Coming up with suggestions to enhance the success of events

Our team is looking for someone who has

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle organization of IT events both offline and online

• Upper-Intermediate English level

• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills

• Experience with budgeting and event management KPIs

• Knowledge of event marketing strategies

• Solution-focused thinking and ownership mindset

• Positive and open-minded style of communication

Will be a plus

• Experience working in multinational outsource company

• Great analytical and presentation skills reporting work results
