POSITION TITLE: Implementation Manager

As an implementation manager at CommPeak you will be responsible for leading integration and implementation process E2E. Assisting our customers in their onboarding process to our platform, ensuring a flawless customer experience, you will be troubleshooting critical issues, and working closely with R&D and customer success teams. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Work closely with external clients to gather detailed requirements while composing a detailed business case, and defining product requirements.
  • Be the technical point of contact inside the company for all product related parties.
  • Manage customer onboarding and training.
  • Manage project deliverables and milestones.
  • Assume overall responsibility on meeting project goals within the allotted schedule.
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
  • Support clients with on-boarding plans for technical resources; including operations, admin and troubleshooting roles.
  • ?Provide guidance on training, coaching and mentoring of client’s technical team.
  • Report directly to the product team and all stakeholders on project status and convey client feedback.
  • Generate new ideas, find creative solutions and cope in a rapidly changing field.
  • Set up and fully configure new client accounts.
  • This position requires on-call duty


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year  experience in a similar role (project manager/implementer/CS).
  • Ability to understand tech concepts quickly 
  • Great analytical skills
  • working as technical support or integration manager -Huge advantage
  • Hands-on experience in software development or web technologies - An advantage.
  • QA background- An advantage.
  • Call center/sales operation experience - An advantage.
  • Fluent English - a MUST. Other languages- Big advantage 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to effectively lead efforts to manage complex customer requests and escalations within a cross-functional team.
  • Well organized, with outstanding attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
