Delivery Manager (IRC79708)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Delivery Manager to join its Kyiv office.

Our client is a business solutions company that provides technology and marketing support to enhance the consumer's experience and the operational efficiency of a car wash. Client provides the business "know-how" to transform most car washes into profitable, thriving businesses.As a leading provider of "turnkey" car wash solutions, our clients' suite includes a complete offering of fully customizable point of sale and tunnel control software. Client provides hardware, support and business solutions, including human resources, marketing, and solution-specific site-improvement planning.

GlobalLogic will be helping our client in creating of a next-generation of their platform using hybrid cloud based on Azure infrastructure, that will be replacing the existing solution in 2020 and enabling movement to SaaS commercial model and enhancement of advanced technologies like Mobile Applications, Licence Plate Recognition, PowerBI.You would be surprised by the complexity of technological solutions in a modern car wash!

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management;
• At least 3 years of purely development background with a great understanding of underlying base technology (-ies) in one of the following: .NET, AngularJS;
• Experience in managing team(s) of at least 10 team members;
• Goal-oriented mindset;
• Leadership attitude;
• Ability and willingness to learn, grow and travel;

Preferences

• The financial side of delivery management experience;
• Experience with payment systems;
• Experience with e-commerce;
• Experience with applications consuming REST APIs;
• Experience building backend;
• Experience with mobile (Android/iOS).

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted adviser of client;
• Coordinate cooperation with internal departments and CXO level;
• Coordinate and/or resolve technical issues;
• Provide reporting and status updates to client;
• Provide overall governance of the programюї.
